The Bailey Hall and kitchen are available for catering at funerals where the burial is in the church graveyard.
The facilities may also be utilised by other groups wishing to use them.
Permission must be sought from the Minister or Clerk of Session prior to availing of the facilities.
Current HSE and other relevant statutory regulations must be adhered to when the facilities are in use.
It is the responsibility of those using the facilities to provide their own insurance**.
After use, availed of facilities must be left clean and tidy and all equipment returned to their storage locations.
The water boilers, cooker and central heating must be turned OFF after use.
The fridge must be left ON.
All consumables used, e.g. paper cups, paper plates, plastic knives, forks and spoon, napkins, paper table cloth must be replaced.
The bin must be emptied and a fresh bin bag placed inside it.
Any damages or losses must be reported to the Clerk of Session when a decision can be made regarding replacement or repair.
If an access key has been provided, this must be returned to the key holder.
As a contribution towards running costs it is suggested a minimum donation of £50, per event, be given to the church treasurer.
** Where professional caters are employed these must have their own insurance. Individuals providing the catering will be covered by the church’s insurance to a maximum of three times in the insurance period.
